Function Room & Venue

Our function room and event space located in Dublin 12 is truly unique. We are here to ensure that your guests enjoy the event that you are planning. Our experience will ensure your expectations are met. The function area is set out in three linked rooms.

The main room will comfortably seat 60 people, the middle room regularly accommodates a further 30, and the fireplace area, a further 20 people. All in a single, linked, dedicated space. We also regularly cater for smaller boutique gatherings of 40 to 50 guests. 

Our Location

Located on the busy roundabout and at the edge of Dublin’s Industrial Heartland, we are asked regularly to provide a range of services. Our fully catered training days to local businesses to more personal moments. We have the space, dedication and serviced areas to ensure your gathering is a success. 

Private Parties

We also cater regularly for family events and we work closely with local funeral directors and with 75 dedicated parking spaces onsite. The Cherrytree is well positioned to ensure access and secure parking for your guests.

Menu Options

We offer a hot plate option for up to 40 attending. For larger groups, our “Tea On Arrival” model works best. This is a simple tried & trusted approach. A chance for guests to chat & say hello with a cup in their hand before homemade soup and sandwiches are served. Our soups are always gluten free and if you have guests who have other dietary requests, we are always on hand to oblige. This approach is very popular and allows guests to dip in and out with a minimum of fuss.

We regularly hold semi-formal dinner events from weddings and anniversaries that are catered for by our Kitchen team. If you have guests, whose dietary requirements are not met by our initial offering, our kitchen team will be on hand to deliver a solution.

Function Room

In our function room we offer a range of catered options from a bespoke 3 course menu for 50 guests with full table service to hot food platters for a larger party. Our bookings regularly include anniversaries, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, a recent double 80th & hopefully a 90th soon.

We are regularly asked to provide buffet style evenings and are always delighted to do so. Our kitchen team are always on hand for these events and are proud of the house choice of individualised menus.

Venue Extras

In-house audio visual (AV) features for slideshows with links to local AV providers for dedicated requests. We have a panel of proven entertainers we can suggest, should you wish including DJ’s, bands and solo artists. We work closely with local suppliers and bakeries as a one-stop-shop for celebration cakes. Our suppliers will take your order and deliver it here. We also have a great relationship with a local party outfitter, providing banners and balloons. Our suppliers may offer a small discount to parties and events here.
